Teeeee-heeeee.

Hey, I DO agree with you there. LOVE 05, but it still can't hold a candle to 95. ;-)

This is funny but I totally (and respectfully) disagree with your saying that P and P 1995 is superior. You must know, surely you must that P and P 2005 is my favorite.

P.S. Did you get my e-mail?

"I wish you would!" :)
And yes, I must agree that P&P95 is DEFINITELY the superior version. And that's all I shall say on this heated topic. :)

I'm sorry, I must agree with Alexandra--although I am somewhat undecided in my opinion! :) I like different things about both.
I LOVE the picture, btw.

I haven't even seen the '05 version yet...but '95 is gonna be extremely hard to beat :)

And I'm going to second Miss Woodhouse's PS...have you received my e-mail? (:

Funny! "I wish you would...!"

1995 version! (*Is* there any other?!) The 2005 one was SOO wrong... twasn't even funny. Bingley going into Jane's room when she was sick?! Lizzie wearing her hair down?! Seriously...

Its so hard! Oh wait?

It is not! You have got to be kidding me in thinking that anyone likes the 05 P&P better then the 95 version.
The whole thing with "Your hands are cold... " makes me smirk at our TV screen every time! And MM is not Darcy!

So there.
Like anyone needs to know who this crazy Darcy- fan is...

PS
I'm not saying that this p&p is horrid just saying that the other is better! There is things in both that I like very much, BTW.

i like the '95 one the best but....the '05 one was great too. they did a good job in putting a lot into 2 hours....i like both but will always love the '95 version better!

I disagree! '05 will always be my favorite! And anyway, whats wrong with the ending? I think it's sweet and romantic!

I prefer the '95 version, but the '05 version has a beautiful soundtrack and lush scenery. This post blends the best of both- funny quote, lovely picture!

And besides, Matthew Mcfadyen is much more handsome(is it just me, or does Colin Firth have the appearance of plumpness?). I beg pardon if these remarks offend anyone, but that is my honest opinion.

I do not have a Google account (or an anything account) so I cannot comment on Miss Emma Woodhouse's blog, so I will comment here and hope she reads it. I did not say he was plump, I said he had the _appearance_ of plumpness. And I did beg your pardon ahead of time, remember.
Sincerely, Amanda C. Cross
P.S. That is not my real name.
P.P.S. Now that I think of it, perhaps "stout" would have been a more delicate way to say it. Once again, I beg your pardon(and I'm not saying I hate P&P'95, just that I like the '05 one better).
